Change of mind returns within the United Kingdom only: For change of mind returns you have 30 days from the day you made the order. For manufacturer defects you can return a bottle to us anytime. Please contact us before returning a product
Manufacturer defects are covered such as a faulty vacuum seal, lid that is not leakproof etc. Normal wear and tear from everyday use is not covered

About Just Bottle products
Yes. We've made sure to use materials that are recyclable. You can recycle the mailing box, gifting tube, cotton bag and bottle
The bottles keep drinks hot for up to 12hrs. This is based on filling the bottle with boiling water and keeping the lid shut. For everyday use we recommend filling the bottle with boiling water, then emptying it out, followed by filling it with your hot drink. This heats the inside layer of the bottle for best results
The bottles keep drinks cold for up to 24hrs based on the temperature of the liquid and how many times the lid is opened. Make sure to fill the bottle with cold liquid first, as putting the bottle in the fridge will not work because of the vacuum insulation
Just Bottles are made with two layers of stainless steel and a powder coat top layer. This means that the outside of the bottle will not get hot or cold, and there will be no condensation. Please be careful when theres very hot liquid inside- the outside will not feel hot!

Usage and care
We recommend giving your bottle a deeper clean every now and then. To do this, fill your bottle 1/4 with vinegar (vinegar removes mineral build ups plus it's safe and natural) and the rest of the way with hot water. Leave to soak overnight, then thoroughly rinse and leave to air dry
To protect the premium powder coat finish the bottles are not suitable for the dishwasher, we recommend hand washing with warm soapy water as an alternative
Although putting the bottle in the fridge will not damage the bottle, we do not recommend putting the bottle in the fridge- it will not cool down your drink. This is because the bottles are vacuum insulated using 2 thermal layers of stainless steel
No. The freezer temperature has been reported to damage the vacuum seal. For the best results, we recommend putting pre cooled water from the fridge in the bottle and let the insulation keep it cold all day
Just Bottles are made from high grade stainless steel so please do not use the bottle in the microwave!
Yes, you can use other liquids such milk in the bottle because the inside is made from high grade stainless steel there will be no flavour transfer. When any other liquid apart from water have been used we recommend cleaning the bottle with warm soapy water afterwards
Yes! Because the bottles are vacuum sealed they will keep your drinks fizzy. Please be careful when opening the lid with a fizzy drink inside as pressure can build up
We recommend storing Just Bottles with the lid off after cleaning to stop any dampness building up on the inside
Just Bottles fit in most cup holders. The size of the base of the bottle is 7cm across
Provided that the bottle is empty you are allowed to take it as carry on luggage. This is our understanding but some overseas airports may have different rules so it's a good idea to check with them at the airport incase it needs to go in your check-in bag
