What types of mugs do you offer?
We offer two sizes of reusable coffee mugs and travel cups - 295ml/ 10oz and 355ml/ 12oz. Ideal for espresso, flat whites, long blacks, or tea
Are your cups and mugs insulated?
Yes. All of our coffee cups and mugs feature double-wall TempControl™ vacuum insulation to keep drinks hot for up to 4 hours and cold for even longer. Each product page lists the specific temperature performance
What sustainability initiatives does Just Bottle support?
For every product sold, we fund the collection of 1kg of ocean plastic (equivalent to 2,000 plastic straws) through verified partners and support fair-wage employment in communities impacted by plastic pollution
Do you offer business logo branded mugs?

Are the mugs leakproof?
The Brew Cup and Commuter Cups are designed with secure, leakproof lids so you can enjoy your coffee without spills - perfect for commuting or throwing into your bag
Can I mix and match mug lids?
Only our Commuter Cup is designed for lid swapping. You can change between the Smooth Sip lid, Straw Lid, or Flow Control Lid - or even add an Everyday Lid to turn it into a small water bottle. It’s a great way to customise both the look and functionality of your cup without having to buy a new product
Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
No, our mugs are hand wash only - and for good reason. They’re finished with a durable, premium powder coating designed to last, which can be damaged by dishwasher heat or detergent. Thanks to their wide-mouth design and stainless steel interior, cleaning by hand is quick and easy
