What you can order
Four ranges, each suited to a different setting. The Brew Cup is a 350 ml / 12 oz insulated reusable coffee cup with a secure lid, our most popular choice for commuters and office teams. The Campfire and Diner mugs are stainless steel camp-style mugs (350 ml / 12 oz and 400 ml / 13.5 oz) for desks, outdoor brands and retail. The Origin range is porcelain cafe cups and saucers from 75 ml espresso to 350 ml latte, made for hospitality and showroom coffee service. The All Day Tumblers (500 ml / 16 oz, straw or slide lid) cover the travel mug brief. Mix ranges, sizes and colours in one order.
Printing and laser engraving
Stainless steel mugs and tumblers can be laser engraved for a permanent single-tone logo, or printed in full colour with our ColourLift print, which sits slightly raised on the surface for a premium feel. Porcelain cups are printed. 360-degree wrap printing is available on most ranges. We send a digital mock-up within a day and check your logo on the real mug before production. Supply your logo as SVG, PDF, AI, EPS or a high-resolution PNG. If you want bottles or tumblers to match, our custom logo water bottles and custom tumblers use the same branding methods. Minimums, pricing and delivery
Most branded mugs start from 50 units, with unit price falling as quantity rises. Every quote is all-in: the mug, the branding, shipping and duties, one delivered price per unit with nothing added at checkout. Choose from three delivery timelines: express in around 2 weeks, standard in around 5 weeks, or flexible in around 12 weeks at a lower price, because we pass on the logistics savings when you can plan ahead. Every 100 pieces ordered funds the collection of 10 kg of ocean-bound plastic through Plastic Bank, around 500 plastic bottles kept out of the sea.
Will the Just Bottle logo appear on my branded mugs?
Not on the body. The whole body is left clear for your brand. The Just Bottle trust mark and sustainability information sit on the underside only, where they confirm quality and impact without competing with your logo.
What is the best mug for branding?
For a logo that lasts, a stainless steel mug or tumbler with laser engraving is the strongest choice: the mark cannot chip or fade in a dishwasher. For full-colour branding, ColourLift print on steel gives brand-accurate colour with a raised finish. For cafes, hotels and showrooms, printed porcelain Origin cups give the classic coffee-service look. Most office and onboarding orders choose the Brew Cup.

The Brew Cup with a single-logo print is the most economical option, which is one reason it is our best seller; engraved or wrap-printed stainless steel mugs and porcelain Origin cups and saucers sit at the premium end. How long do custom mugs take to deliver?
You choose the timeline, and the price follows it. Express delivers in around 2 weeks from mock-up approval. Standard delivers in around 5 weeks and suits most onboarding and gifting programmes. Flexible delivers in around 12 weeks at a lower price, because we route your order through slower, cheaper logistics and pass the saving on. All three are quoted as all-in delivered prices.
Do you deliver branded mugs worldwide?
Yes. We deliver to the US, UK, EU, Middle East, Australia and most other countries. Shipping, import duties and taxes (where applicable) are built into your all-in delivered price, so there is nothing to pay on arrival wherever you are.
What is the difference between a reusable coffee cup, a travel mug and a tumbler?
A reusable coffee cup like the Brew Cup is sized for a barista pour (350 ml / 12 oz) with a sip lid, designed to replace disposable cups. A travel mug or tumbler is larger (our All Day Tumblers are 500 ml / 16 oz), fully insulated and leak-resistant for commuting. Camp-style mugs are open-top steel mugs for desks and outdoors. Porcelain cafe cups are for seated coffee service. All can carry your logo.
