At Just Bottle, quality isn’t optional, it’s our standard. Every product is covered by our Made to Last™ Promise, so if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
If There’s an Issue
If your bottle or cup has a manufacturing defect or isn’t working as expected, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can assess the issue.
This includes:
• Insulation not performing as described
• Lid issues (airflow, sealing, or leaking)
• Manufacturing defects in materials or build
Email info@justbottle.co with your order number and a clear photo or video showing the issue.
What Happens Next
Once approved, we’ll offer either:
• A free replacement (same or similar range)
• A full refund
Approved refunds (including shipping costs) are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
Made to Last™ Promise
We guarantee your product is free from manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product, including issues with materials, lid functionality, and insulation performance.
What’s Not Covered: Normal wear and tear (such as scratches, coating wear, or damage from drops), as well as damage caused by misuse or accidents, isn’t covered under our warranty or returns policy.
Delivery & Packaging
We’re not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Minor damage to external packaging that occurs during transit doesn’t qualify for a refund or replacement, provided the product itself is unaffected.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of both the product and packaging so we can assist.
Change-of-Mind
